Overview:

Before being able to operate the device, we need to ensure that the internet settings on the device has been configured correctly. In order for you to configure these setting, you will need to ensure that you have an active internet connection on your device, or that you are connected to WIFI. 



Steps to follow on the device:


1) On the home screen, select the SETTINGS option:

 




2) Select NETWORK AND INTERNET 




3) Select MOBILE NETWORK




4) Under ORANGE/MASCOM/BTC click ADVANCED 




5) Click on ACCESS POINT NAMES 




6) Click on the + symbol




7) Edit NAME and APN




7.1 For ORAGE sim card

        --- Enter Name as:  Orange

        ---- For APN Type: internet.orange.co.bw 


7.2 For MASCOM sim card

       --- Enter Name as: Mascom 

       ---- For APN Type: internet.mascom


7.3 For BTC sim card 

       --- Enter Name as: BTC 

       ---- For APN Type: internet.be


7.4 For TN Mobile sim card 

       --- Enter Name as: TN Mobile

       ---- For APN Type: internet



8) Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and click on SAVE 





Your internet should now be set up successfully and you would now be able to connect to the network in order for your device to start vending. If you are using a different carrier than the ones specified above, you would be able to search for the providers APN settings on the internet by searching for "-Providers name- APN Settings".
